So you've found the website and probably want to know all about us...
We set up bighippo.co.uk to give you, the online bathroom buyer, as close to a showroom experience as possible. Providing a wide range of products, competitive prices and friendly customer service, which is second to none, are our goals - and we'd love to know how we're doing! Tell us HERE!
We came to realise recently that the more products that are available online, the less human the buying process became. Advice, friendship and, ultimately, customer satisfaction were disappearing as the selling process became automated. With a bathroom being such a big, and sometimes tricky, purchase to make at the best of the times, we felt that we needed to do things differently.
So what makes us different?
Phone, Email or IM...we love to chat about anything but we're particularly good at bathroom questions, so give us a try!
Many people prefer to phone us to either ask questions or ask for something they may or may not have seen on the website. We have many products available that can't allways be shown on the site so don't be afraid to ask if you wish to enquire about a product you have seen elsewhere.
So what is this "IM" business? Instant Messaging - a great new way of getting the answer you want instantly without having to pick up the phone or write a long email. How cool is that?
IM (or Live Chat as we call it) gives you the chance to click a button, ask your question and get the answer straight away from a human being! We know that buying a bathroom can be a tricky experience so using IM will help you get the answer you need when you need it - just like in a showroom.
The service doesn't end there.
Discounts - All the products on the site are discounted at 20%. This doesn't mean that more discounts can be applied. If you are purchasing many products we can often offer further discounts, so please contact us for prices on packages.
Within 24 hours of having received your order, we will process and despatch the said item/s as quickly as possible because we want a quick turn around so you can get your products as quickly as you can.
A majority of the despatched orders are delivered in the mornings between Monday - Friday, if you wish to have your order delivered on a Saturday then please contact us for a price.
