Order Information

We have gone to great lengths to make sure that ordering from us is as easy as possible. We also know that ordering a bathroom online can be a scary experience even for experienced shoppers, so we have outlined some of the basic points, below, to make sure you have no problems. We all find it much easier to move around the site by clicking on the images (there's a bigger area to click on!), so simply find what you want by clicking on the image/text of the product you are interested in then:

1. Click "Add to Cart"

2. Check item details and quantity

3. Click "Next Step"

4. Insert all the information in the fields in the the Cardholders Details section and press "Next Step".

(It is important that we have the cardholders details in this section because we will need to check these against the card being used)

If you've been lucky enough to receive a special offer code, insert it into the small box at the bottom of this section and click "Validate Code". This will enable any discount code to kick-in. if not, leave this blank.

5. Insert your credit card details not forgetting to include the last 3 digits on the back of the card near the signature. Click "Next Step".

6. This will take you to a summary page of your order, showing all the details of your order as well as the estimated delivery period. If you have made a mistake, simply click the small green "Change" link underneath the section you want to change. Once changed, click "Next Step".

7. Now simply click "Complete". This will give you an order number as well as all our contact details should you have any questions about your order. You will also receive an order summary email shortly after placing your order. Please keep this safe and ensure that any time you contact us abot your order, you have it to hand.

DON'T FORGET THAT DURING OFFICE HOURS, IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, JUST USE THE BIG GRAY "LIVE CHAT" BUTTON TO GET THE ANSWER YOU WANT IMMEDIATELY.

As a matter of course, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order to discuss your specific delivery requirements.
